Saddlestone Ranch is home to more than 6,000 residents stationed at Fort Hood, Texas. Awarded the first and one of the largest Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) privatization projects by the Army, Actus Lend Lease was selected to manage all aspects of the development, financing, construction and property management for the project.

In all, ten miles of pedestrian trails connect residents to services and amenities and nearly 70 playgrounds entertain children of all ages.
The new and renovated homes at Saddlestone Ranch are much roomier, more comfortable and more efficient than older military housing and Families enjoy specially tailored programs, on-site management staff and top notch customer service all which helps make Fort Hood ‘The Great Place.’ With LEED certified homes, CFL light bulb use, an innovative recycling program and the SYNERGY kids club program, Saddlestone Ranch is not only the premiere place for Soldiers and their families, but a sustainable community that will last well beyond the 50 years of the project.
