Actus Lend Lease will undertake one of the largest historic homes community restoration and rehabilitation projects in the nation as the U.S. Air Force’s preferred developer for its $833 million residential communities’ project. Actus will develop, design, construct, renovate and maintain homes at Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii through 2057. The project scope includes the development, design and construction of 1,182 new homes and renovation of 1,260 existing homes.

HCH also will develop and construct the Air Force’s first neighborhood to feature LEED Silver Certified homes, as well as a new LEED office building for asset and property management staff. The project was awarded in two phases. Phase I, valued at $298 million, was awarded in 2005 and will be completed in 2010. Phase II was awarded in
2007. It is valued at $522 million and will be completed in 2014.
