In December 2003 Fort Campbell Family Housing (FCFH) officially began operations taking over 4,234 already established homes. Today FCFH is the premier housing community for Soldiers and Families of 101st Airborne Division Air Assault. Families enjoy newly constructed or fully renovated homes which offer spacious three or four bedroom models, privacy fences, Energy Star Appliances, and are surrounded by lush landscaping. In addition to new homes and communities at Fort Campbell, the project boasts many first time accomplishments.
First to offer a Starbucks café on a Military Installation. First to build a fully handicapped accessible Boundless Playground on a Military Installation. And the first to construct a Zero Energy Home (ZEH) on a Military Installation.
The Actus Lend Lease and FCFH teams are also committed to the local community as well. Actively involved in organizations such as AUSA, Habitat for Humanity and the Wounded Warrior Project, Fort Campbell Family Housing is always seeking out new ways to give back to our neighbors.
