Actus Lend Lease has worked extensively through the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI), a program that provides for the transfer of military housing assets to private sector companies. With over 40,000 residential units in its portfolio, Actus Lend Lease has created fully masterplanned, sustainable, mixed-use communities throughout the United States. Among these are: Army Hawaii Family Housing (Hawaii); Fort Campbell Family Housing (Kentucky); Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes (New York); Fort Hood Family Housing (Texas); Knox Hills (Kentucky); Hickam Community Housing (Hawaii); Soaring Heights Communities (Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona and Holloman AFB, New Mexico); Tierra Vista Communities (Peterson AFB and Schriever AFB, Colorado and Los Angeles AFB, California); Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, and Massachusetts) and most recently, Fort Wainwright and Fort Greely (Alaska). Actus Lend Lease has financed, developed, built, renovated and will operate these sites for at least 50 years.

Actus Lend Lease, part of the Lend Lease Investment Management business, is a subsidiary of the Lend Lease global family, which includes Lend Lease Retail & Communities, Bovis Lend Lease, and Delfin Lend Lease. Global projects of note include the Statue of Liberty restoration, Greenwich Peninsula in London, Time Warner Center in New York, The Sydney Olympic Village, Sapporo Dome of Japan, and New York’s Grand Central Terminal renovation. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Actus Lend Lease employs more than 500 people nationwide.
